Crane Beach
Atlantic surf below the cliffs
About Crane Beach
Crane Beach lies below the clifftop resort of The Crane, a sweep of soft, pale sand with big Atlantic waves rolling in. Public steps lead down to it, and the view from the resort, The Crane says, is often called “the most beautiful on earth”. The Atlantic waves can be strong, so swim with care.
